idea from wood airplane

first try by paper

2nd try by paper

not really good result

paper is not strong enough to hold

try to make a paper airplane which can flipping wing to give a float force

try to use a strong paper, still not really effective

change from the arrow paper airplane

hard paper - more weight, can fly faster
tip is too heavy, cant stay long in the air
need throw hard

make the head more strong and heavier which can throw further

cut the end of the wing - give a good balance
can hold longer in the air

Flip the wing up, make the direction more straight
the other design keep the same

Fold a small wing at the middle end - keep the plane more straight
small piece fold at the flip wing - can hold the wings more stable and balance

Same design as above just use stronger and heavier paper
can throw far but stay less time than the one above

used a medium paper - best result then the above two

arrow paper airplane

Advantage

1) less surface, low air resistance
2) sharp tip, low air resistance

Disadvantage

1) cant stay long time in the air
2) weight quite balance

Need to use hard paper

1)Bigger wing, can stay longer in the air

Disadvantage

1) Bigger surface, high resistance
2) tip is a bit heavy than the end, not good balance

1) using light paper, balance is better now

disadvantage

quite light, cant throw far but can stay quite long in the air

flip the side wing, make the path more straight
flip the end of the wing, can make the balance better
need to throw hard to get far distance

Long Distance Paper Glider

can fly quite long, but cant make sure it go straight.
need to use heavy and harder paper

1) fold the side of the wing up - can hold the wind more strong
2) cut small part at the end of the wing - can balance the weight between the head and the end
